Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with a tracking number.

Delivery times

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track Order page at any time.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We're working on expanding to additional regions.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
